Delete the folder and then again reinstall the gaming software from the site.Now go to the following location, C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Logitech.Locate the software double-click on it to uninstall.
Press the Windows + R then type appwiz.cpl and press Enter.Most of the time when users uninstall the program it left traces that hinder the program.
